Hello, my name is Brigid Flynn, and I’m currently a senior Graphic Design major at SUNY Fredonia, with a minor in Communications.

Over the years, I’ve developed a deep love for board games, not just for their unique gameplay but also for the creativity and design behind them.
Board games are something I genuinely enjoy, and they’ve found their way into my personal projects as well.
A lot of my experience comes from being an active member of my campus board game club, Fredonia Fun & Logic. Being part of this club has allowed me to play lots of different tabletop games and discover new games regularly.
I’m also developing my own board game for my senior design project. This project combines my background in both game design and art, and it has significantly enhanced my analysis and understanding of the creative process behind games.
Through this blog, I’m excited to share my thoughts and insights on all things board games! There’s a whole world out there, from beautifully designed games to accessible and free alternatives that anyone can enjoy.
Whether you’re looking for something fun and easy to engage with your friends, or something a bit more complex to dive into, I’ll have options for you to explore.
As someone who has played a wide variety of games, I’ve gathered plenty of experience and resources to help guide you. My goal is to give you a true feel for how a game plays and whether it’s a good fit for you and your game night crew.
Stay tuned for reviews, recommendations, and a look into some of the best games out there!
